Great opportunity to join this market leading IT solutions company in their Central London Office as a 1st* 2nd line Helpdesk support analyst. They need a confident and professional person who will be responsible for providing “on site” technical support to both internal and external users. Your main skills will be administering and supporting a Windows 2000 * Microsoft Office environment. You will be fully responsible for all aspects of the site support including software installation and support, end user support, resolving hardware issues, daily backup * restore procedures etc. Any knowledge of helpdesk software such as Remedy, Heat etc will be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have upwards of 12 months experience in a Helpdesk or desktop support role and MCSE certification would be advantageous. This position is client facing and clearly superb communication skills will be a given. This requirement is urgent and I have interview slots available immediately.
